How much is the security deposit?+

Allow $200–500 USD for a refundable security deposit. The exact amount is confirmed in your written quote before you book. Deductions may apply under the rental agreement.

What documents do I need to drive?+

Bring your original, valid driver’s licence. Drivers must be at least 25 with two years of driving experience. V-Care asks international visitors to bring an international driving permit; contact us before arrival to confirm local permit requirements for your licence.

Can you meet me at the airport or my hotel?+

Yes, airport pickup can be arranged. Hotel delivery and return collection depend on location and availability. Send your flight or hotel details; any delivery fee will be included in your quote.

Is insurance included?+

Yes. Our vehicles are insured to meet rental requirements. Ask for the policy coverage, excess, and exclusions in your quote. Insurance does not remove your responsibilities under the rental agreement.

What if I get a flat tyre or damage the car?+

A spare tyre is provided. Contact V-Care promptly for assistance and report any damage. Where applicable, the deposit may cover damage costs; you may be responsible for costs above the deposit under your agreement.

Can I rent for one day or extend my trip?+

The minimum rental is three days, so one-day rentals are unavailable. Extensions are possible subject to availability and an agreed revised price. Contact us before your scheduled return.

Can I explore the whole island?+

You can explore Saint Lucia in your rental. Check road conditions with us before setting off, and follow the permitted-use conditions in your agreement. Vehicles leave with a full tank and should return with a full tank.
